GHOST GEAR™ GG™ Phone Mount for Xbox Series X Controller

Purchased this from T-Mobile about 5 months ago. I am disabled and so I end up bed bound and lying on my back. I don't know what broke inside the folding/adjustment part, but it no longer works at all, just dangles on its own, making it impossible to use.

Not sure if it is even covered by some sort of warranty. Just frustrated that I can't play on my phone because the clip just doesn't lock into any position.

Absolutely love this phone mount and the Customer Service is too notch

amazing

I really how secure my phone easy and be able to change the angle easily

It's a decent buy ill give it some credit, however it didn't fit my original controller like it was intended to. It basically was just shy a couple of centimeters from being perfect fit, I was a little disappointed but luckily had my xbox one controller handy and it does fit which is nice but it moves due to not being big enough. My only other gripe is the material, it's a pretty basic plastic so becareful when removing and putting away, the only way to make it better would be to make it metal instead.
